About the event
Group will meet in the art room of the Easter Liverpool Area Community and Learning Center for 10 sessions. The forst two sessions are open to the community. After the second session, no new participants will be added. This allows connection and trust within the group to learn to feel comfortable sharing their grief and not being reactivate by a new introducation each session. Books and journals lead the discussion, but often in grief we are unable to focus on reading. Please know that the book is a reference you can keep and use if ever needed, it is not required that you read each session to participate. We will meet at 1:30 pm for 1 hour April 6, 13, 27, May 4, 18, 25 and June 1, 8, 22. We will not meet on the dates not listed (Mother's Day, Father's Day, ect.).
