About the event
We will discuss grief and loss in a safe, nonjudgemental environment. Open to anyone suffering a traumatic loss but closed to new participants after week two. Â Connect with others and learn more about how our bodies respond to grief and why integrating loss is so important. This is a 10 week commitment. While we understand that you may miss a session or two, it is important for the group as a whole to honor the committment of attending the full 10 week program.Â
