About the event
We will discuss grief and loss in a safe, nonjudgemental environment. Open to anyone suffering a traumatic loss but closed to new participants after week two. Connect with others and learn more about how our bodies respond to grief and why integrating loss is so important. This is a 10 week commitment. While we understand that you may miss a session or two, it is important for the group as a whole to honor the committment of attending the full 10 week program.
